We recommend that you check with your individual animal insurance provider to see what they require for canine physio coverage. Some insurance companies may require a veterinary signature to honour your claims. You can find our Medical Information Form here which you can take to your veterinarian to fill out in the event that it is required by your insurance company.
Canine Physio initial assessments are $175+HST and will take approximately 90 minutes. Your pet is unique and an individual treatment plan will be discussed with you following the initial assessment.
We treat dogs of all ages, from puppies to senior dogs.
Jodi prefers to stay within a 30-minute radius of Uxbridge. If you are located outside of this radius, remember that there is always the option to bring your dog to her.
Jodi is willing and able to assess and treat other animals in situations that they may have injuries or appear to be in pain, with the exception of horses.
Your time and Jodi’s time is valuable. Jodi would appreciate 24 hours notice if you and your dog are unable to attend an appointment.
